No. Your upload sits in a private per-order quarantine while we check it and prepare your report, and we remove your uploaded files and working copies from active case storage - verifying those copies are absent - before the report is emailed to you.

After your uploaded files are removed, we keep limited records: the sale and check issuance record, a hash of your report, a deletion receipt and any incident record. None of these include your design files. For uploads started after 4 October 2026 at 11:28 IDT, the server-side PDF copy of your report is scheduled for deletion 30 days after the email provider accepts the report email; existing reports are exempt. Uploads that never become ready for checkout are scheduled for automatic deletion 24 hours after the upload starts, and for uploads started after 4 October 2026 at 11:28 IDT, checkout-ready unpaid uploads are scheduled for deletion 7 days after they become ready.
