BundleShield Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bundleshield.com and the BundleShield preflight check ("the service"). By buying a check or uploading a bundle, you agree to them. Questions: hello@bundleshield.com.

1. What the service does

BundleShield checks the files in a design bundle you upload: brand-name pattern matches, exact duplicate detection (the exact same file content under different file names), unsafe active content, metadata and external references. It also quotes the license clauses that matter for print-on-demand and resale (print-on-demand, transfers, decals, DTF, sublimation, and extended-license terms), where your license has them, so you can read the actual wording yourself.

Each readable file gets a result of Clear, Review, or Remove, with the reason. Results are delivered by email within 24 hours of a completed check.

2. What the service is not

• The service is not legal advice, and a result is not a ruling. A Clear result means the checks we run did not find a flagged issue in that file. It does not confirm that any file is licensed for your intended use.
• License text changes and marketplaces change their rules. You are responsible for the final decision to use or sell any design.
• The checks are rule-based: every upload is checked against the same rubric, the same way.

3. Starting a check and uploads

• You start a check from your purchase: your sale ID and the email address you bought with. That gives you a one-use upload link.
• One check accepts one ZIP archive containing up to 50 designs (SVG or PNG) plus the license text file inside the ZIP, up to 95 MB total.
• You may only upload files you own or have bought. Do not upload other people's files, or bundles you have no right to possess.
• Your upload sits in a private per-order quarantine while we check it. Before emailing a completed report, we remove uploaded files and working copies from active case storage and verify they are absent.
• If a check cannot be completed, or a case stalls partway, email hello@bundleshield.com about deletion. We do not yet have an automatic retention deadline for incomplete cases, so we would rather tell you that plainly than print one.

4. Payment

• A bundle check costs $9.90, paid once per bundle. No subscription, no account.
• Payment is processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Gumroad's own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout.

5. Guarantee

Every purchase carries a 30-day, no-conditions guarantee. If you want a refund for any reason within 30 days of a verified purchase, email hello@bundleshield.com and the refund is processed in full.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to check files you have no right to, to probe or disrupt the service, or to misrepresent results to buyers. We may refuse service for abuse.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that the checks catch every possible issue in every possible file. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the check in question.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
